The air filters feature a moisture-resistant beverage board frame and a metal grid that incorporates recycled materials. The 4-inch depth Glasfloss ZL MERV 10 air filter can be used in HVAC systems for commercial and residential properties, school systems, government institutions, and industrial applications. Rated at MERV 10 per the ANSI/ASHRAE 52.2 Test Standard, the filter media is laminated to a heavy-duty metal backing that stabilizes the media during operation, and the pleats are formed in a radial configuration.

The Glasfloss Z-Line Series MERV 10 filter media incorporates 100% synthetic fibers that are electrostatically charged and thermally bonded, with an engineered gradient structure. This construction supports high dust-holding capacity and a long filter service life, while the thermally-bonded fibers do not absorb moisture.

The Glasfloss ZL MERV 10 filters are comparable to MPR (Microparticle Performance Rating) 600 to 800, or FPR (Filter Performance Rating) 5 to 6, and have a pressure drop comparable to a MERV 8 filter. These filters are made in the USA and are ideal for residential and commercial use.

It is recommended to change the Glasfloss ZL MERV 10 filters at least every 3 months. Please note that these filters do not replace 5-inch or 4-3/8-inch depth filters, so it is important to check the actual filter size needed before purchasing.
